My Philosophy...

Workout Smarter, Not Harder!

For over six years, I have been helping people move, feel, and look their best. I train clients in our private training studio, via Zoom, and in-home. 

My passion for helping others achieve their best health through fitness is fueled by endless research that supports the importance of exercise. My success is seeing my clients accomplish their fitness goals and improve their quality of life.  


Proper form and progression is the key to an optimal fitness plan. I teach the why and how behind every exercise for an effective and safe workout. My style is to make working out fun and efficient with a wide variety of exercises for each muscle group.


I specialize in safe and effective strength training, working with people of all ages from those just getting started with a fitness plan to Ironman triathletes. I also have a special interest in working with prenatal and postpartum moms and individuals struggling with pain management and/or post surgery rehab.


As we age, we all naturally lose muscle mass, but we can fight back. Maintaining and developing muscle is important for preventing falls and injuries, managing a healthy weight, keeping an active lifestyle, and functionality in daily living. Committing to a fitness plan adds vitality to your life!
