Dark Chocolate Overnight Oats


1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

1/2 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 70% cocoa or higher

1/4 cup walnuts

1/2 ripe banana, sliced


1. Add milk, yogurt, oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, walnuts, and fruit, to a container with a lid.

2. Close lid and shake to mix well. Store in refrigerator overnight. Grab and go for a delicious and nutritious breakfast!
