Health Coaching

When you want to make healthy life changes and are ready and motivated to make those changes, health coaching can be a great option.

 

Whether you want to lose weight, get healthier, stay healthy, boost energy, lift brain fog, support optimal mental health, or simply just be the best you can be, your Health Coach will partner with you to develop a plan to meet your goals, to navigate challenges, to cheer you on, to hold you accountable, and to celebrate your success!

 

Our Health Coaches are also licensed Dietitian-Nutritionists, so you can feel confident that your coach has the training and expertise required to guide your wellness journey in a way that will support your long-term health.

How Health Coaching Can Help

If you're motivated and ready to take your health to the next level, Health Coaching is for you. There are many reasons as to why people may choose to use a health coach, including:

  • Losing weight

  • Maintaining weight loss

  • Preventing chronic disease

  • Reducing stress

  • Improving sleep

  • Increasing exercise

  • Stopping smoking or drinking

  • Any other less than ideal habit you want to stop or healthy behavior you want to incorporate.

What to Expect

First Month:

Meet with your Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, in-person or virtually, for a full look into who you are, where you are at, and where you want to go. Your dietitian coach will work with you to create a plan that is sustainable, providing you support and accountability to move forward. Expect to spend about 75-90 minutes at your first appointment.

 

About 2 weeks after your first visit, you'll follow up to discuss what worked, change any goals or strategies.

Additional Months:

Meet with your coach 1-2 times a month for 60 minutes (total) to check in, celebrate progress, challenge you where you need it, and continue moving towards your goal! Your coach is also available via email throughout the month for additional support.
