Testing, Analytics & Supplements
Idaho Nutrition offers a variety of integrative products and services to benefit your wellness journey. We have carefully selected and vetted the options we have available, but not all options are needed or even appropriate for everyone. Our Registered Dietitians are here to help you navigate these options based on your individual circumstances.
Functional Testing Options
We offer a variety of test options that can be helpful in getting to the root of your health challenges and maximizing your efforts to regain your best health.
Feel free to browse our online store to learn about a few of the options we have available. If you know what you want, you can feel free to order online.
However, if you're unsure which test(s), if any, is right for you, we suggest scheduling an initial appointment with one of our Registered Dietitians to help you design your wellness plan before investing in testing.
With any of our tests, it's important to review your results with one of our Registered Dietitians so that you can implement an individualized plan to best address your health concerns.
**Please note: All test results will be sent back to Idaho Nutrition. Be sure to add a separate results review appointment for each test before checking out.
Think beyond the scale. Body Composition Analysis gives you the opportunity to track your progress beyond changes in weight, including body fat percent, lean muscle, visceral fat, hydration, and more.
How many calories do you really need? MetaCheck Indirect Calorimeter calculates your metabolic rate, i.e. your calorie needs for basic metabolic functions (Resting Metabolic Rate-RMR). It's an effective tool in weight management, improved fitness performance, and overall health & wellness.
Both of these tests are complimentary for our clients. If you are a current client, discuss these body analytic options with your Dietitian. If you are not currently a client, you are welcome to order these body analytic tests independently.
